For the past couple of years I have acted as venue for a battle between cancer and the Royal Marsden hospital. I am glad to say that the Marsden appears to be winning at present and my cancer is described as dormant. Last year I did the Banham Marsden walk. It is 15 miles between the 2 Marsden hospitals. Together with my daughter and a cousin we raised over £2300. We would like to better that this year with the 15 mile walk in May. Your sponsorship would be greatly appreciated.
The family team is ready for the event with me, my daughter and son in law plus a cousin. We all walked together.
and after the event and beating the target. Well the Marsden March was yesterday. Thus far we have raised over £3000 for the cause. Feet are a bit sore but a feeling of satisfaction.
